(H) - Home (F) - Foreign (U) - Unknown SGSN Stats SGSN statistics. (A) - Available (U) - Unavailable Service ID GGSN Service ID. SGSN Address IP address of each active SGSN. Restart Counter The restart counter sent by the SGSN. Increments by 1 with each restart. Number of Restarts Number of times the restart of the particular SGSN is detected, i.e., the number of times a NEW restart counter is received from the SGSN in a GTPC request message. Curr Subs Number of current subscribers to each SGSN. Max Subs Maximum number of permitted subscribers to each SGSN.
